Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of laesthete.ro and the purchase of our products. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them before you buy — and keep a copy; we also email you the details of every order.

2. Use of the website

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse it. All content — branding, imagery, formulations copy and text — belongs to L'AESTHETE or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

3. Products and information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photography is representative; slight variation in colour or packaging is normal. Our products are cosmetics, not medicines: nothing on this site is medical advice or a claim to treat any condition. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, review the ingredient list and patch-test first.

4. How an order is placed and accepted

Adding items to your basket and paying constitutes an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. If we cannot accept your order — for example because an item is out of stock or the price was clearly wrong — we tell you and refund you in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Romanian lei (RON) and are the final price payable for the goods; delivery is added separately and shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is accepted.

Payment is by card, processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. on Stripe's own secure pages. We never see or store your full card number. Your order is prepared once Stripe confirms the payment.

6. Delivery

Delivery destinations, costs and times are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Your right to withdraw, and returns

As a consumer you generally have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase. Sealed cosmetics that have been unsealed after delivery are excepted for hygiene reasons. The full procedure, the exception and a model withdrawal form are in our Shipping & Returns policy.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity

Goods must conform to the contract. Under Legea 449/2003 you have a legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years from delivery, at no cost to you. These Terms do not limit your statutory rights.

9. Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not liable for business losses.

10. Promotional codes

Discount codes are valid for the period and on the terms stated when they are issued, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn if we reasonably believe they are being misused.

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12. Complaints and dispute resolution

Write to contact@laesthete.ro and we will respond as quickly as we can. If we cannot resolve matters, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or contact ANPC, including its alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL).

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. As a consumer you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
