- GENERAL PROVISION II
This document, together with the rest of the mentioned documents, defines the terms and conditions of use of the website www.laesthete.ro (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and establishes the rules for placing product orders through it (hereinafter referred to "Terms").
The products and services available on the Site are intended exclusively for natural persons who purchase them for personal use, not for resale. The persons who access and use the Site are referred to as "Customer" or "Customers". L'AESTHETE is not responsible for the subsequent resale of products or services purchased by Customers.
We encourage you to carefully read the Terms and Privacy Policy (RGPD) before using the Site or placing orders. By accessing and using the Site, you confirm that you agree to comply with the Terms and the GDPR Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update the Terms without prior notice, and the valid version is the one displayed on the Site at the time of placing an order.
All deadlines mentioned in this document are calculated in calendar days. If the last day of the term is a non-working day, it is automatically extended to the next working day.
- THE SITE OPERATOR
The website www.laesthete.ro is operated by SC AESTHETE CONCEPT SRL , with headquarters in Strada Ferme M, no. 13A, Otopeni, ground floor, room 1, registered at the Trade Register under no. J23/638/29.01.2024, having the fiscal identification code (CUI) 49489997.
- CUSTOMER DATA
L'AESTHETE collects personal data directly from you so that you have control over the information provided. Creating an account on the Site involves providing the following data: email address, name and surname. In the ordering process, additional information is requested, such as: desired product, delivery address, billing details, postal code and telephone number.
- USE OF THE SITE
By using the Site and placing an order, you agree to:
- Use the Site only for legitimate inquiries and orders.
- Avoid placing fake or fraudulent orders. If fraud is suspected, L'AESTHETE reserves the right to cancel the order and inform the competent authorities.
- Provide accurate and complete information, including your email address, shipping address and other details necessary to process your order. This information may be used for contact in accordance with the GDPR Policy.
Completion of the order may be impossible if the requested information is not provided in full. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
Customer Account
Each Customer can create an account on www.laesthete.ro , becoming a member of the community and benefiting from the specific advantages of registration. The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account data, including his password, and is responsible for any activity carried out on his account. In the event of any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately. L'AESTHETE is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by unauthorized use of the account.
Communication
Messages containing inappropriate language or profanity will be ignored and removed from the Site. By using the contact form or placing an order, the Customer authorizes L'AESTHETE to contact him through the data provided. Sending a message through the contact form does not imply the obligation of L'AESTHETE to respond to the request.
Cookies
The site uses its own and third-party cookies to improve the browsing experience. They enable functions such as maintaining authentication, keeping products in the shopping cart or setting language preferences. Disabling cookies in the browser may affect the functionality of the Site. For more details, see the GDPR Policy .
- Command
To place an order, the Customer must follow the steps available on the Site. After adding the products to the cart, the Customer will complete the billing, delivery and payment details, completing the order by pressing the "Submit order" button. In a short time, the Customer will receive an e-mail confirming the placement of the order ("Order Confirmation"), but this does not guarantee the acceptance of the order. Acceptance of the order will be communicated separately via a dispatch email ("Dispatch Confirmation").
By completing the order, the Customer confirms that the information provided is correct, complete and up-to-date. In the case of changes to personal data after placing the order, the process will continue based on the initial information.
Product availability:
Orders are processed based on stock availability. We make constant efforts to update stocks in real time and avoid situations where ordered products are not available.
L'AESTHETE reserves the right to refuse an order in the following cases:
- The product is no longer available;
- The payment was not made successfully;
- The information provided is incomplete or incorrect;
- The customer has a history of canceled or unclaimed orders.
Cancellation or modification of orders:
The customer can request the modification or cancellation of an order by contacting our team at contact@laesthete.ro . Orders placed between Monday and Friday are processed within 24 hours and weekend orders are processed the next business day.
The right to change:
L'AESTHETE may change or remove products available on the Site without prior notice. In case of exceptional situations that prevent the fulfillment of an order, the Customer will be notified immediately, and any amounts paid will be refunded.
For questions related to your orders, or if you want to modify or cancel an order , you can contact us at any time at contact@laesthete.ro. Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within 24 hours and weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
- CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The information available on the Site and in this document does not represent a firm offer to sell, but an invitation to Customers to place orders. The contract between L'AESTHETE and the Customer is considered concluded only when the order is accepted and the Customer receives the shipping confirmation email ("Shipping Confirmation"). If an order is not accepted and the payment has already been processed, the amount will be refunded in full.
- PRICE OF PRODUCTS
The prices displayed on the Site are expressed in local currency and do not include delivery costs, which will be added to the order total. We make every effort to display accurate prices, but errors may occur. In case of an obvious price error, the Customer will be notified and will be able to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If the Customer cannot be contacted, the order will be canceled and the amount paid will be refunded in full.
L'AESTHETE reserves the right to change prices at any time, but previously confirmed orders will not be affected by changes.
- PAYMENT OF PRODUCTS
After selecting the products, the Customer will complete the order by making the payment. The ordering process allows any errors to be corrected before final confirmation. Registered customers can view their previous orders in the "My Account" section.
Payment methods:
- For Romania : Payment can be made online or cash on delivery.
- For other countries : Payment is only available online.
Payments are made in maximum security, without additional fees. Card details are processed exclusively by payment service providers and L'AESTHETE does not request or store this information.
3D Secure:
Online transactions are protected by the 3D Secure system, developed by Visa and Mastercard. This system ensures that only the cardholder can make online payments, even if the card is lost or stolen.
- DELIVERY
Under normal circumstances, L'AESTHETE will make every effort to deliver orders by the estimated date indicated in the Dispatch Confirmation. In the absence of such a date, delivery will be made within a maximum of 30 calendar days from confirmation.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Customer will be notified and will have the option to:
- Accept a new delivery date;
- Cancel the order, with a full refund of the amount paid
Reception of products:
The order is considered delivered when the Customer or a designated person physically receives the products and confirms by signature. If the delivery cannot be made due to the absence of the Customer, the courier will try to deliver again after setting a new interval. In case of impossibility of delivery, the order will be returned to L'AESTHETE and it will be cancelled.
L'AESTHETE does not assume responsibility for damage during transport, but we recommend the Customer to inform us of any incident or refuse to receive the package if the damage is visible. If the products are damaged or do not correspond to the order placed, the Customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package, by e-mail at contact@laesthete.ro , attaching relevant photos.
Orders are shipped via courier companies and the delivery cost is displayed before the order is completed, both for national and international deliveries.
L'AESTHETE does not assume responsibility for damage during transport, but we recommend the Customer to inform us of any incident or refuse to receive the package if the damage is visible. If the products are damaged or do not correspond to the order placed, the Customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package, by e-mail at contact@laesthete.ro , attaching relevant photos.

- TRANSFER OF RISK AND TITLE TO THE PRODUCTS
The risk associated with the products is transferred to the Customer at the time of their delivery. Ownership is transferred only after full payment of the price of the products, including delivery costs. If the amount paid is refunded, the ownership of the products automatically reverts to L'AESTHETE .
- POLICY REGARDING THE RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Right of withdrawal
According to the legislation in force ( GEO no. 34/2014 ), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without specifying a reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the products. The notification regarding the withdrawal must be sent either by post to Strada Ferme M, 13A, ground floor, room 1, Otopeni, Ilfov , or by e-mail to contact@laesthete.ro .
Effects of withdrawal
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in the same condition as received, together with all related documents, within 14 days of notification.
Reimbursement of the amount paid :
- The refund will include the cost of the products and standard delivery within 14 days of receipt of the notification using the original payment method.
- Reimbursement may be delayed until receipt of returned products or proof of shipment.
- Return costs are borne by the Customer.
Products that have been unsealed, used or damaged are not eligible for refund.
- PRODUCT STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
The products must be stored according to the instructions indicated on the label of each product.
- MANAGEMENT OF CLAIMS
In case of adverse reactions caused by the use of L'AESTHETE products, the Customer must contact us through the form on the Website or by e-mail at contact@laesthete.ro .
The products sold by L'AESTHETE are covered by the guarantee according to Law 449/2003 and OG 21/1992 . Complaints must be accompanied by the product in its original packaging, its accessories and purchase documents. The lack of these documents may lead to the return of the product to the Customer, without resolving the case.
- NOTIFY COUNTRIES. DISPUTES. TERMINATION
Notifications :
L'AESTHETE can send e-mail notifications to the Client regarding its activity or products. These notifications can be disabled at the Customer's request.
Disputes:
Purchases made through the Site are governed by Romanian legislation. In case of conflicts, they will be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Ilfov.
Termination:
L'AESTHETE reserves the right to terminate the activity of the Site without prior notice and is not responsible for errors not related to the administration of the Site.
