Delivery and Return:
DELIVERY
Under normal circumstances, L'AESTHETE will make every effort to deliver orders by the estimated date indicated in the Shipment Confirmation. In the absence of such a date, delivery will be made within a maximum of 30 calendar days from confirmation.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Customer will be notified and will have the option to:
- Accept a new delivery date;
- Cancel the order, with a full refund of the amount paid.
Receiving the Products:
The order is considered delivered when the Customer or an authorized person physically receives the products and confirms this by signature. If delivery cannot be made due to the Customer’s absence, the courier will attempt delivery again after arranging a new time slot. If delivery remains impossible, the order will be returned to L'AESTHETE, and it will be canceled.
L'AESTHETE does not take responsibility for damages occurring during transport; however, we recommend that the Customer notify us of any incident or refuse to accept the package if visible damage is present. If the products are damaged or do not match the placed order, the Customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package via email at contact@laesthete.ro, attaching relevant photographs.
Orders are shipped through courier companies, and the delivery cost is displayed before completing the order, for both domestic and international deliveries.
TRANSFER OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP RIGHTS OF THE PRODUCTS
The risk associated with the products transfers to the Customer at the time of delivery. Ownership rights transfer only after full payment of the product price, including delivery costs. If the payment is refunded, ownership rights of the products automatically revert to L'AESTHETE.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Right of Withdrawal
According to current legislation (O.U.G. No. 34/2014), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason within 14 calendar days from receiving the products. The withdrawal notification must be sent either by mail to the address Strada Ferme M, 13A, ground floor, room 1, Otopeni, Ilfov, or by email to contact@laesthete.ro.
Effects of Withdrawal
The products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as received, along with all accompanying documents, within 14 days from the notification.
Refund of the Paid Amount:
- The refund will include the cost of the products and standard delivery fees, within 14 days from receiving the notification, using the original payment method.
- The refund may be delayed until the returned products or proof of their shipment are received.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
Products that have been unsealed, used, or damaged are not eligible for a refund.
